We are nature lovers, but we also like to be pampered. This philosophy of life is also reflected in our Biochalet. We have designed our apartments with a lot of love and individual designs and are happy to have created an oasis of relaxation for all those seeking peace. Built between 1978 and 1980, the Biochalet is one of the first Alpine chalets of its kind. Built by hand from high quality materials according to organic building guidelines, it combines old rural tradition with modern building technology. Moon-beaten wood, the use of wooden nails wherever possible, insulation with coconut fibres and cork boards provide a pleasant room climate.
No queuing at the breakfast buffet and no holiday stress – peace and relaxation is what we wish for our guests. We want you to relax from everyday stress and enjoy a glass of wine in the winter garden. After an extensive hike in the Nockberg mountains, a relaxing evening in front of an open fireplace is just the right choice to end the day.
The breakfast consists of regional products, homemade jams, fruit and vegetable juices and muesli. For guests who prefer a sweet breakfast, we offer homemade cake. Breakfast can be taken in the large, cosy living room with an open fireplace and the view of the ski slopes. If you want to have breakfast in pyjamas, a breakfast basket will be placed in front of your apartment at the desired time.

Six comfortably furnished apartments in the size of 50-90 sqm, an apartment with an own entrance of 40 sqm as well as a two bed room with 18 sqm await you in our chalet on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim. All apartments have a kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and dishes. The apartments are furnished with wooden furniture have direct access to the garden. You also have a view on the beautiful mountain world of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Comfortable 40 sqm for up to 3 persons with own entrance. The cosy kitchen-cum-living is the perfect place relax after a long day of skiing. There is an extendable couch in it where you can veg out. For those who don’t feel like going out for dinner, the small but well-equipped kitchen offers everything for cook your own. The kitchen offers: a two plate hob, a crockery, a dishwasher, a sink, a fridge, a coffee machine and dishes. To get a good night’s sleep there is a bedroom with enough space for your clothes. If this is not enough there is additional storage space in the foyer. For a good start into the day you can enjoy a shower in our originally designed bathroom.
An extraordinary comfortable apartment with direct access to the garden awaits you on 60 sqm. In order for everyone of you, there are two separate bathrooms, which are designed with many individual ideas, so you are able to really enjoy your holidays. For a good night’s sleep there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There is also enough space for your clothes. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook. The kitchen equipment includes a 2 plate ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, kettle and sufficient dishes. The comfortable dinning area is the perfect place to let the evening pass pleasantly.
A relaxation oasis has been created on 50 sqm. The Appartment offers enough space for up to 3 persons. The spacious living area with tiled stove is the perfect place to warm up in cold winter nights or just to relax after a long day skiing. If you don’t like to go out for dinner, you can use the well equiped kitchen. It offers a two plate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a sink, a coffee machine, a kettle and a refrigerator. The dining area of the living room is the percent place to enjoy your dinner. The couch next to the tiled stove can be easily converted into a third bed. The large bedroom is an ideal choice to enjoy your long nights sleep . There is enough storage for your personal belongings. Next to the bedroom there is the modern-designed bathroom.

The fully wooden apartment with a large balcony is located in the attic of our house. There you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Kaiserburg. The 90 sqm appartement offers enough space for 4 people to relax and feel good. Two separate bedrooms with box spring beds and direct view of the ski slope promise a relaxing night. The closet room with large boxes offer enough storage space. The spacious bathroom, designed with great attention to detail, guarantees a good start into the day. The toilet is separate.
For cozy evenings, the extraordinary living area with a generous seating set provides for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen offersyou need to cook. The large dining table invites to get together.
The small break is located in the attic and is entirely made of wood. 60 sqm cosiness for 2 persons. The cozy bedroom with box spring bed promises restful nights. Comfortable armchairs invite you to relax. Next to the bedroom you can enter the large bathroom, which is equipped with great attention to detail. Directly next to it is the separate toilet.
The kitchen offers everything if you don’t feel like eating out. 2 hobs, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and plenty of crockery and pots.
Our Gute Stube is a fully wooden room with 18sqm. There you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Kaiserburg. There is enough storage for your personal belongings.
A Nespresso machine and cups for the morning coffee is available.
