Six comfortably furnished apartments ranging from 50-90m2, one apartment with a private entrance of 40m2, and a twin room of 18m² await you in our chalet on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim.
All apartments feature a kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, kettle, and crockery. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. The apartments, furnished with wooden furniture, are located on the ground floor with direct garden access and views of the beautiful Bad Kleinkirchheim mountains.

Our ‘Gute Stube’ (Good Room) is a twin room, entirely made of wood, with two separate beds. Coziness with a magnificent view of the Nockberge mountains is guaranteed on 30 m². For your first coffee in the morning, a Nespresso coffee machine and cups are available in the room. The large wardrobe in the anteroom offers plenty of storage space.
The spacious bathroom offers everything for a good start to the day.
Cozy 40m 2 for up to 3 adults aged 15 and over with a private entrance. After a great day of skiing or an extensive hike, you can relax in the cozy eat-in kitchen on the pull-out couch or the corner bench. If you don’t feel like eating out, the small but well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering.
2 hobs, crockery, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, TV, kettle, and dishes are at your disposal. To ensure a good night’s sleep, there is a bedroom with ample space for clothes. If that’s not enough, there is additional storage space in the hallway. Enjoy your morning in the originally designed bathroom.
A relaxation oasis of 50m 2 has been created, where up to 3 adults aged 15 and over can leave everyday life behind. The spacious living area with a tiled stove not only invites you to relax but also offers everything to make yourself comfortable. If you don’t feel like eating out, the well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook for yourself.
Everything is available: 2 ceramic hobs, crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher. You can then enjoy your meal comfortably in the dining area of the living room. The couch by the tiled stove can be easily converted into a third bed. A tiled stove bench invites you to warm up thoroughly.
From the living room, you can access the garden directly via the terrace. For a really good night’s sleep, there is a large bedroom with a double bed. Storage space can be found in the walk-in closet as well as a large wardrobe. The newly designed bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom.

To truly enjoy your holiday as a group of four, you have two bathrooms at your disposal – designed with great attention to detail. For a good night’s sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed and, of course, plenty of storage space, as well as a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Here, too, there is enough space for clothes. From the living room, you can access the garden directly via the terrace. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook dinner or prepare a delicious breakfast.

The cozy eat-in kitchen offers everything for a good start to the day. From the living room, you can access the garden directly via the terrace.

The apartment, entirely made of wood with a large balcony, is located on the top floor of our house. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Kaiserburg. At 90m², it offers enough space for 4 adults aged 15 and over to relax and feel good. Two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds and a direct view of the ski slope promise a restful night’s sleep. The walk-in closet with large wardrobes offers plenty of storage space. The spacious bathroom, designed with great attention to detail, guarantees a good start to the day. The toilet is separate.
The exceptional living area with a generous seating arrangement provides cozy evenings for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook together. The large dining table invites you to social gatherings.
The ‘Kleine Auszeit’ (Little Break) is located on the top floor and is entirely made of wood. 60m² of coziness for 2 adults aged 15 and over. The cozy bedroom with a box-spring bed promises restful nights. Comfortable wingback chairs invite you to relax. Directly from the bedroom, you enter the large bathroom, which is equipped with great attention to detail. Right next to it is the separate toilet.
The kitchen offers everything you need if you don’t feel like eating out. 2 hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, kettle, as well as sufficient crockery and pots.
